She has around 9 years of experience in the HR field, with a great focus on Talent Acquisition. She is responsible for Talent & Culture and General Services at BBVA Data & Analytics. Previously she has worked as Talent Acquisition Discipline Manager for Corporate & Investment Banking at BBVA.
